PlatinumSupport shall not be liable for consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use of services or documentation. Our liability is limited to the actual price paid for thirty (30) days of service.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our server management services. If you're not satisfied within the first 3 technical support requests or 7 days of service, we'll provide a full refund.
Installation of 3rd party software is at our discretion. We do not support certain services including OS upgrades, virtualization, and custom kernel compilations.
All payments after 30 days are nonrefundable. Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days. Disputes may incur an administrative fee.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Termination may involve re-allocation of resources.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process from the date of request or offer.

Abusive behavior towards our company or employees may result in immediate account termination.
We handle migrations under certain conditions when we offer Free Migration, the Manual copying of accounts is not supported on the cross platforms, only cPanel to cPanel or Plesk to Plesk migration with necessary access to old host falls under the Free migration catagory, otherwise you may have to buy addinal services to manually migrate the websties.
We guarantee response and resolution times for support tickets. Additional terms apply.
PlatinumSupport's right to enforce these terms is not waived by any breach or failure to enforce them.
If any section of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.

Free migration services are available for shared and reseller hosting plans only. Users must possess a full backup of cPanel or have access to the old cPanel hosting with backup options enabled.
While our unlimited disk space feature offers ample storage, certain file types such as zip, gz, video, music, and other backup files are not permitted.
Daily backup services will be disabled if the disk size of the account exceeds the 10GB limit.
Users are expected to adhere to our acceptable use policy, which prohibits activities such as spamming, illegal file sharing, and any other activities deemed harmful or disruptive to our services or other users.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access.
Payment for hosting services is due as per the selected billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.
Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to our servers. However, we reserve the right to remove or suspend any content that violates our terms or poses a risk to our infrastructure.
